Banwy Cottage is the smaller of our two holiday cottages, and is named after the River Banwy, which runs through Newbridge Farm. It has one twin bedroom plus a double sofa bed in the lounge, so it can sleep up to four and is ideal for small families, couples or small groups.
Like Vyrnwy Cottage, its décor is warm and comfortable, with the oak beams and period fireplace giving the holiday cottage a traditional feel. The rooms are light and airy, with spectacular views of the surrounding countryside from the windows.
Many of our guests spend their days outdoors, exploring the local countryside, so we have created a comfortable, relaxing haven in Banwy Cottage. Big, comfortable sofas in the lounge mean you can spend quality time with friends and loved ones and recharge your batteries before the next day’s big adventure.
Banwy Cottage includes:
- Bathroom with shower and bath
- Towels and bed linen provided
- Central heating provided by green acredited biomass boiler
- Solar panels for lighting and hot water
- Cot/high chairs can be provided
- Parking spaces to the rear of the cottages
- Shared utility room with Vyrnwy Cottage, including washing machine, dryer and sink
Banwy Cottage shares an enclosed garden with Vyrnwy Cottage, which is an ideal place for a barbecue or picnic set against a backdrop of wonderful countryside scenery.
The holiday cottages also share a visitor’s games room, with a full sized pool table, darts board and seating.
Banwy Cottage can be booked individually, or alongside Vyrnwy Cottage for larger groups of friends or two families enjoying a self-catering holiday together. It can be booked for one or more weeks, or for a few nights for those wishing to enjoy a short self-catering break.
